Not everyone walks in ready for a two or three year qualification, and not everyone wants one. Training runs short and long duration courses alongside Learning and LaunchPadX, built for whoever needs a specific skill without committing to a full program.

The on-ramp. Short courses that build toward BTEC or GED eligibility rather than making them wait outside the door until they're old enough.
For adults
A way to pick up one specific skill on its own, without enrolling in a full qualification — the course itself, nothing bolted on.
