About KINDL
Knowledge. Identity. Nurture. Direction. Leadership.
That's not an acronym we picked because it sounded good — it's the actual order we build in. A place for a real qualification and a real business, at the same time.
Five ideas, in this exact order.
Everything else follows from that.
Knowledge
Not just what shows up on a syllabus. What you actually need to understand the world you're about to build or study in.
Identity
Who you are doesn't get put on hold while you're still figuring things out — we'd rather work with that than pretend it isn't happening.
Nurture
We expect you to get things wrong before you get them right, and we don't punish the first part.
Direction
Not a single path we hand you — it's the process of figuring out which path is actually yours.
Leadership
The ability to take what you built here and be responsible for it somewhere else.
The same problem, seen from different rooms.
6 in 10
workers worldwide will need new skills to stay employable by 2030.
4 in 10
workers' current skills will be outdated or fundamentally transformed.
That's not a distant forecast. It's already reshaping which jobs exist, which ones are disappearing, and what young people actually need to be ready for a world that isn't waiting for anyone to catch up. Most education systems weren't built for that pace of change — they were built for a world where a credential, earned once, could be trusted to hold its value for decades.
The people who built KINDL have spent their careers on different sides of this same shift — in media, in higher education, in entrepreneurship — watching institutions built for a slower world try to keep pace with one that no longer moves that way. KINDL exists because those weren't separate problems. They were the same problem, and it made more sense to build one place that solves it — for a real qualification and a real business, at the same time — than to keep solving pieces of it separately.

Syed Rehan Hasan brings over 25 years of executive leadership in media and technology to KINDL — a career built around launching more than two dozen television channels, radio stations, and digital platforms, and around a consistent belief that media should stay open rather than concentrated. His current work extends that into the next shift entirely: advising organizations on navigating the move to AI, AR, and VR, and helping them build workflows for a future that's already arriving. As Director of the Riphah Institute of Media Sciences for over a decade, he led a deliberate shift away from a degree-centric model toward a skills-based one — the same instinct that shapes how KINDL itself is built.

The Six Pillars.
Locked, ecosystem-wide, applied across every branch.
Well-Rounded Student
A student who can pass every exam but can't hold a conversation, manage a disagreement, or make something with their hands isn't finished — they're half built.
Entrepreneurial Mindset
Comfortable with not having a fixed instruction set, quick to test an idea instead of theorizing forever. Built in everyone who comes through KINDL, whether they're pointed at a business or a BTEC.
Future Focused
The skills that mattered ten years ago aren't the ones that matter now. We teach the thing underneath the target: how to keep learning when the target keeps moving.
Citizen of the Future
Global awareness taken seriously, while staying rooted in a real responsibility to the community you actually came from.
Islamic Values & Purposeful Curiosity
Faith and inquiry held together, not in tension. Curiosity that has nowhere to land isn't purposeful — it's just noise.
Climate Resilience
Environmental reality treated as real, not theoretical, with the practical skills to understand and adapt to it.
