Young Learners
15–19
This is where most people meet KINDL for the first time — whether that's Learning, LaunchPadX, or both. If you're 15 or 16, you're not being handed a scaled-down version of something built for adults. It's the real thing, run properly, just with the runway to actually learn it.
If you're 17, 18, or 19, KINDL doesn't treat you like you're still in school, or throw you straight into adult expectations with no in-between. Small cohorts, mentors who know your name, and people around you on the same stage of the same journey.
Adult Learners
19–25
An entrepreneurial mindset isn't about starting a company. It's a way of operating: comfortable with ambiguity, quick to test an idea instead of theorizing forever, able to take a failed attempt as information instead of a verdict on your worth.
Nearly 6 in 10 workers worldwide are expected to need new skills by 2030. Some already mid-degree, some already working, some just done waiting — that mindset gets built through real practice.
